The books

Written for a body that has been in use for fifty years.

Not one of these is a programme for a twenty-five year old with the years filed off. Every rep count, every progression and every rest day assumes recovery is the thing that changed, because it is.

Ten weeks, dead hang to one strict rep

The First Pull-Up After Fifty

The single most requested thing on the channel. A ten-week progression that starts at a thirty second hang and ends at one honest rep, built for shoulders and elbows that have been in service for five decades.

The daily mobility block

Ten Minutes on the Floor

Five hundred push-ups a morning and no comfortable deep squat is a completely normal combination. This is the ten minute sequence that fixes the second half without touching the first.

  • One ten minute sequence, done daily, no equipment
  • Built around the deep squat hold and the overhead reach tests
  • A hip and ankle track for people who sit all day

The kettlebell protocol for over 50

One Bell, Three Lifts

Swing, get-up, carry. Three of the eleven tests live in one kettlebell, and thirty minutes twice a week is enough to move all three. No complexes, no flows, no nonsense.

  • How to pick the starting weight without guessing
  • The swing taught from the hinge up, because the back pays for the shortcut
  • The get-up broken into six positions you can own separately
  • Two thirty minute sessions a week, written out for twelve weeks

Protein, timing and the two supplements worth the money

Eat Like You Train

Training after fifty fails on recovery, and recovery fails on food. Protein targets that are actually reachable, a plate you can build in ten minutes, and an honest look at which supplements do anything.

  • The protein number for your bodyweight, and four ways to hit it
  • What to eat around a session, and what genuinely does not matter
  • The two supplements with real evidence, and the twelve without
  • A week of meals that a man who cooks for himself will actually make

The channel

Everything in these books gets tested on camera first.

Nothing goes in a book until it has survived a few hundred people trying it. The channel is where that happens, and where the next book gets decided.

Before you ask

Three fair questions.

Are these paper books or files?

Files. PDF, formatted so it prints properly on a home printer, and readable on a phone in a garage. No app, no login, no expiring link.

Do I need the gear list to use them?

Only two of them. The mobility book and the pull-up book need a floor and something to hang from. The kettlebell book needs a kettlebell, which is the whole point of it.

Which one first?

Take the free card and run the eleven tests. Whichever test embarrassed you is the book to buy. If they all did, start with the field manual.
